Hi Bob,

I have cleared Safari's Cache, history, cookies with no luck at all.

I cannot get to the login page at the link you provided, the message being:

' Safari can¹t open the page
³http://www.mac.com/WebObjects/Webmail.woa?aff=consumer&cty=US&lang=en²
because it can¹t find the server ³www.mac.com².

Somehow it seems to be related to Port 143, which according to Apple is used
for 'Port 143 Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP)
2060
Mail (for receiving email)'

The more I think of it the more I am convinced that the latest Security
Update from Apple changed something in my settings, possibly blocking Port
143? If that's the case, is there a way to open that Port again?

Many thanks Bob.

I'll be seeing Thomas very soon, and looking forward to meeting him for the
first time. Looks like he will be seeing quite a few WAMUG's members during
his short stay this time around.

Keep well & regards,

Philippe
