I seem to have a problem with my WAMUG emails, when I send one out to the
group it appears in my mail box after only a couple of minutes. Your reply
message to Bob, on the other hand, was received in my mail box well after I
had sent mine, and I did not see Bob's original reply to you at all ....

That's the 3rd time I'm caught like that, trying to give a reply to a
problem that had been resolved previously!!

Once you've booted from a DVD (or CD), if you launch Disk Utility, does it
sees the Drive at all?

Sounds like the drive may not be working, or the connection cable is perhaps
loose. I'm sure one of our experts will come with an explanation and
solution. 

What OS are you installing on the machine?
