Hi all I think ffmpegX < http://homepage.mac.com/major4/ > might do this.If DivX < http://www.divx.com/divx/mac/ > or 3ivx < http://www.3ivx.com/ > are installed on the Mac ffmpegX can save to .avi. Among other kinds as well.
