Lol - Funny co-incidence, I just bought a cheap USB 2.0 card (brand: Shintaro) that doesn't support deep sleep.
I'd hoped (without checking first) that the issue had been fixed since the last time I tried it with my old G4. Card makers still claim its Apple's fault, and Apple claims the fault is with each cards' firmware. I've also read some claims that devices such as external bluetooth adaptors (plugged into the card) can cause the issue. Results from my own testing indicate the computer won't sleep regardless. Now I just shut down my G5 rather than put it to sleep. It's either that or spend _more_ money to buy an external USB 2 hub. T.
