I'm confused! I can't make sense of the Apple website in trying to
find out how to purchase OSX 10.3 licences. Everything refers to 10.4
and sneak previews of 10.5.
I volunteer to look after the IT network at a small (currently <50
students) not for profit non-aligned independent primary school on
rural Torbay Hill, west of Albany (more info see revitalised website
at www.woodburyboston.wa.edu.au). Some of you will remember your
generosity during 2005/2006 in providing iLife 04/05 discs so that we
could get some meaningful iMovie work happening on our OS9 network (I
certainly remember it - thank you).
We have recently moved to eMac based OSX 10.2 network (favourable
second hand purchase from a larger educational institution) and
everything is working well. We have the opportunity to move to OSX
10.3, but need to obtain 30 x 10.3 licences to legitimise this. I
can't find reference to 10.3 in Apple Store etc.
Cost is an issue (low socio-economic demographic). Can anyone advise
as to how I can obtain licences? Does anyone have no longer needed
OSX 10.3 at an affordable price? Any other suggestions?
