Thanks for all the effort to help me, but it looks a little too 
difficult for Kev.  I think that the kids will soon work out what 
'save' etc is.  Hope so anyway.

In any case most of the computers are pre-PPC and a few PPC machines. 
Only one iMac using OSX.
