Is this of any use?
When you install OS X, at the very beginning you are asked which
language you want as main OS language. I remember this well as I was
setting up an eMac a few years ago in our kindy and decided to show
the littlies how we did such things. One of them snuck a mouse click
or 2 in when I wasn't paying attention and I only just saw what the 4
yo had decided: OS X in German please Mr W!
Oops, never take your eyes of kindy kids :-)

Google tells me that Apple is developing and Arabic OS and Windows
is soon to release an LE edition of XP in Malay, Thai and some
other language.
Does this mean that the rest of the world has to use English?
