Hi John,
first suggestion is to make certain the extension .ppt or .pps is on
the document's file name. This is usually required now-a-days. You
should be able to open it by simply double clicking on the icon.
Second suggestion. If you drag the document from the e-mail onto the
desktop. Click on it and type apple + i can you tell it to open it
with PowerPoint?
