That is a great idea, one I had not considered. Not quite as
convenient as linking a signature to an account so it comes up
automatically and it means I have to remember to select the
stationery. Will give it a try. Thanks as always.
Lovely sunny and warmer day here today but stormy day forecast for
tomorrow and carrying on in to Sunday. A pity as it is the long
weekend with the annual Albany Classic around the town streets car
races all day Sunday preceded by the hill climb up Mount Adelaide on
Saturday. A great weekend for the petrol heads, which usually brings
my younger son and little boys down for a visit but he has other
things this year.
Best wishes to you and the little pooch, our cat is luxuriatingly
asleep in the sun on the bedroom carpet right now but no doubt will
shortly be suggesting the need for dinner.

Hello Severin,
I'm not sure if what I have done with a couple of my signatures that
include a graphic will sort your problem.
I didn't want the signature that included a graphic showing as an
attachment in the email.
Mail's default does show the signature as an attachment
So I created a Custom Email Stationery with the signature in it.
1. New Message
2. add the signature that has graphics in it
3. File > Save as Stationery
4. Name it whatever
When you want to use this template, create a new message, click the
show stationery button, scroll to Custom, select your template.
Type your message and then send.
This way the signature does not go as an attachment.
I can send you one of mine off list to show you what I mean if you
wish.
