Good Morning
and a Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to all . May it be Helathy Wealthy
and Wise !
Re Video ...
I can tell you that there is an initial connection to the screen that
comes from
a source that might be set by the Paramater Ram .
As the software loads this source is removed and the screen is
switched to the preferred Driver loaded
in the OSX from the hard drive.
The blank ? in the middle will be the delay in the driver loading .
As a matter of interest , are the people noticing delays using an LCD
monitor ?
Thanks
Bob

I've noticed that on my mac as well for the last year or more. When I
wake it, it shows what was the screensaver before it went to sleep,
then the screen goes off again for a few second before everything's
normal. I figure it's a bit like my brain in the morning - takes a bit
to get going :-)
Once it's going there's no problem (the mac that is).
Happy New Year

Hello Everyone,
When I wake up my Mac OS X Version 10.5.6, the display shows and
then
switches off momentarily. It then comes on and stays on. This
has only
started over the last few days and I wonder if it warns of
something more
dire happening later?
A Happy New Year to you all and thanks for the generous help.
