No, they were just small Emails. We had a similar problem with
someone else in Tasmania a couple of weeks ago. His ISP has blocked
us too but luckily he has another Email address which we can still
send to.

Were you sending a large file by any chance, if you were it might
have put his mail account over the limit, especially if he had been
sent lots of mail with large files attached & hadn't yet downloaded.
That would also block his emails getting through.
