Hi Diane
One question on your printer problem, have you changed the paper
thickness option recently? I had to print something out on to very
thick paper and changed the option on my Brother laser printer to
reflect that and I then forgot to change it back to normal paper.
The printer ran very slowly which made me realise something was wrong
and once I changed it back it ran at its usual speed.
