Hi Daniel, Stuart & WAMUG,
From my experience people like Daniel of MacWizardry who give
excellent service will not loose their clients.
Maybe some clients "check out the opposition", but once they find the
service is not what they were receiving from Macwizardry, they return.
I have been purchasing hardware, software & advice from Daniel for
many years.
I have always found him very competent, professional, helpful,
trustworthy and an extremely nice gentleman to deal with.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Daniel. He goes out of his way
to give excellent service.
He responds quickly to queries and is very knowledgeable about
Computers and anything pertaining to them.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to other people.
I for one will stick with MacWizardry!
Cheers,
Ronni

Hi Stuart
Thanks for that. Will be quite interesting I think, and maybe some
what
worrying.
Also just had to clarify a point though, as I'm not an actual Apple
reseller. MacWizardry is a consulting service and as such I source my
equipment , which comes direct from an Apple Premium Reseller.
So although I "help" to get equipment for people, I don't actually
"sell"
Apple equipment. (can be kind of confusing, but yeh,...).
Just wanted to clarify that,.... Have to stay on the good side of
Apple,..hehe :o)
But yes. I was reading about it on another forum, all the excitement
about
"the Apple store" opening in Perth. So will be quite interesting to
see how
it all goes. And a worry for everyone running a business I guess.
Still,
like you say, those that look after their clients will hopefully all
be
fine. :)
I'm sure there's enough of the (Apple) pie to go around. (Sorry, bad
pun,
but I couldn't resist it,..and it's late in the loooong day) :o)
And if it all fails, I guess I'll go queue at the "Apple Store" job
line,...lol ;) Though working a 9-5(ish) job again could be
interesting. Oh
wait,...that would be much less then I work now!!! Where do I sign
up,...hehe :o) Wonder what the salary package is like,... :o)
Enjoy!
Kind Regards
Daniel

Whilst I love the look of the Apple retail store and everything it
offers (from a customer viewpoint), I hope that it doesn't spell the
end for the loyal Apple resellers who have put in the hard yards for
many years. At least those that look after their customers (such as
Daniel.....)!

That's fantastic - I notice some people putting dibs on the massive

square metre in the state.
