Hi Kev,
I just read your original message and you described it as "double
sided DVD" this is different from dual layer. Can you verify it is one
or the other?
Regards,
Eugene

Ronni and Bob,
Thanks for your help. We are running an Intell iMac and the info
on the burner does say that it will burn DVD DL, ( DVD-Write:-R, -
RW, +R, +RW, +R DL)
so I guess that it should be able to do it.
I will report back.
Thanks again,
Kev

Hi,
Not piracy! I wish to make a backup of a double sided DVD.
I cannot see where to make settings in Toast Titanium. Any
clues for me?

Hi Kevin,
At the bottom of the Toast window - Disc Copy - (left of the red
record button) is an arrow under it is CD / DVD / DVD DL etc
But only works if you have a burner that can burn double sided DVD's
Bob
If Kevin doesn't have a DVD DL Drive in his computer or an external
DVD-DL burner, he could choose the option "Fit-to-DVD video
compression":
Toast will then compress the Video to fit on a standard 4.7GB DVD.
The quality of the compressed video DVD will depend on the size of
the original dual layer DVD & how much compression is required.
Cheers,
Ronni
