Hi Severin, If you get one the Epson Multi Function "Wireless Network Ready" Printers you can Print / Scan/Copy without any cables. They have a wireless chip inside and you setup their 802.11b/g WiFi Network & then share the printer.
I have an Epson TX700W and it only has a power cable connected to it and it is shared by 4 computers that are connected wirelessly to my Airport Networks ... I have 2 Networks one Airport Extreme 802.11n Only (5GHz), and one Airport Express 802.11n (802.11b/g compatible). <http://www.epson.com.au/products/multifunctional/stylusTX700W.asp> The TX800FW is a newer model. <http://www.epson.com.au/products/multifunctional/stylusTX800FW.asp> I'm not sure on the Epson TX550W, but I notice it's specifications list "NETWORKING 802.11b/g WiFi". I think Daniel Kerr has the latest model of these MF Wireless Network Printers. He might comment on them if he can find the time as I know he is run off his little feet at the moment, and very sleep deprived. The other Multifunction Printers only print wirelessly, you need to connect them to your computer to scan as Michael has already mentioned.
