This has been known to cause this message to appear at startup. It will be something starting on boot-up that is causes the message. Check in your System Preferences > Accounts > Login Items It can also be caused when there are applescript applications included in the login items. If you click the "Cancel" button, the next time you startup if you don't receive the message again, assume that it's found/associated the file after start-up and should no longer be an issue.
