OS 10.6.2 Safari 4.0.4 When I go to a PDF file in Safari I get a black page. If is "save as" the resulting file is also black.
I have searched the net and followed dozens of links and followed all the advice about plugins etc but with no good result. As advised I removed the Adobe PDFViewer plugin from the Internet Plug-ins folder. Set PDFs to open with Preview. Restarted, repaired permissions etc. No joy. I know there is a trick to this but my tired old brain will not remember. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
