Another Mac and another problem caused by a silly action. I was using my Lampshade model iMac (OS 10.4) in target mode to back-up some files. I set the Start-up disk on the iMac to Target Mode and restarted. It appeared on the other Mac and I completed the transfers. I then ejected it from the other Mac.
Now at start-up I get the flashing question mark and then it will not get past the blue screen and spinning wheel. How do I get the CD tray to come out so I can insert the Install disk to restart and select the iMac HD as the start-up disk? Or is there another way of selecting the HD at start-up.
