I've not even powered up my flowerpot iMac for months but going from memory and a bit of google:
Option key should give the start up disk choice on the flowerpot iMacs... If not then try... The CD eject button should work on power up with some models (I recall the shift key also did this as did holding down the mouse button (models may vary?)) Maybe.... D key forces it to boot to the internal hard disk Start up keys of Apple+option+o+f Then type: eject CD Last ditch there's a hole next to the CD tray (you'll need to manually open the cover flap) ... Start the machine up and pock a straightened out paper clip in there ti operate the manual eject button.
