If you chose to delete the account but keep the contents, you should those contents in a Disk Image in the Users folder on that computer. If you chose the other option, to delete the account plus its contents, it's gone. Please remember that as a business owner, the files on any of your computers are your property and your responsibility. Deleting accounts without assuring their contents are retained in some form is very dangerous. Was your staff member backing up the Bento database to somewhere other than that computer, such as file server? If so, you can restore from that backup onto another copy of Bento. Please also remember that solutions such as Bento, while inexpensive, are designed for personal use.
