Hi Brian, If you can’t ‘download’ the video, then you could try apps such as Snaps Pro [ http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/ ] that lets you record the screen, including the system audio. Just make sure you don’t have any app that also generates sound.
