Recently my trackpad (the magic thingy trackpad not the one on my laptop) has taken to getting itself regularly stuck in marque/²drag select² mode so all movement in like a click drag action... The only way to clear it has been to pop the batteries out then back in... or to leave it for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Apple forums suggest it¹s one of the buttons on the bottom getting stuck down but they both click cleanly on the trackpad and yet the trackpad is still stuck in drag select mode.
