Hi Wamug, Just Googled my name today, after listening to ABC 720 discussing computer security. One topic was people can 'watch and catch your passwords and other log in details' you when you use free, unsecured, wireless connection (with the right program.)
and the WAMUG list archives comes up with my name. So? Many of the people on the list openly share their Apple products and accessories' specifications (required to assist in the problem solving),,, and - sent form my iPad/iPhone/Macbook... could this be a security issue? Burglary target? How much of a search to get addresses and other details would be required?
