Hi Kevin,

2 years ago I bought my iPhone from Telstra in Midland which is actually an
agency. The salesperson tried to talk me out of the iPhone saying the LCD
'liquid' was known to leak, it didn't have bluetooth and half a dozen other
ridiculous statements such as no USB port, expandable memory cards etc. He then
proceeded to tell me I had to purchase a compulsory data pack for an extra $10
per month. It was just as well I had done my homework and knew exactly what was
included in the package.

He signed me up and made a few mistakes in the process which I had to correct
or question. All up it took about half an hour before I walked away with my new
toy.

                     Regards,
                     Eugene
