G'day all. The committee has finalised voting procedures for the upcoming special general meeting. WAMUG members, both Life and Ordinary, are able to vote by proxy if unable to attend the meeting (or if you're not sure you can make it and want to make sure your vote counts).
The voting details are now included in the relevant area of this bulletin and are also posted up on the WAMUG web site. The "Amendments to Constitution" page has been updated and a link to download the Proxy Form has been added. WAMUG members are encouraged to read the full details on the web site and are invited to leave comments about any or all of the proposed amendments. Comments may be left either on the web site post or on this List bulletin.
