Hi WAMUGers,

To further answer Rob question … GST is NOT exempt on electronic software
distribution.
Below is an excerpt taken from Apple "Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy
Policy"

/ Begin Excerpt:
"The amounts payable for Service transactions are expressed inclusive of GST
and each such amount includes an amount equal to the GST payable in respect of
the supply to which the amount relates. If the rate of GST payable changes
before the licensed Product is downloaded, the new tax rate in effect at the
time of download will apply and the total amount payable will be increased or
decreased so the economic benefit to Apple remains the same, irrespective of
the change in rate of GST. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions for
transactions made on the Services.”
