Hi Brian, Interesting that web link that Telstra / Bigpond is giving you. They indicate “preferred.telstra”? I’ve never heard of this happening. If you wish to send the web link “Offlist” to me, of the YouTube video you were wishing to download I’ll have a quick look to see if it happens on another ISP.
The application I find very good for downloading YouTuber video is Tooble .
