I have the latest version of MS for Mac 2011 and also Parallels; however I decided to open the PowerPoint slide show in Keynote. I only had a half hour or so this afternoon to play around with this. Things did not open quite as expected - > 3. Playback Uses: Recorded Timing (If you wish to keep the same settings as > original) > I normally change these settings to ‘Fixed Timing' to fit my slide durations > etc … probably best if you leave the setting as is though. No option to choose "Fixed Timing". No option to "enter full screen mode when opened". No option to: Select - > > Formats: Full Quality, Large > Audio: select - Include audio (sound files, movie audio) > Include the slideshow soundtrack > Include the slideshow recording Tomorrow I will start from the beginning by downloading the slideshow again and following your steps.
