Thank you so much for this advice.

I have the latest version of MS for Mac 2011 and also Parallels;  however I 
decided to open the PowerPoint slide show in Keynote.

I only had a half hour or so this afternoon to play around with this.  Things 
did not open quite as expected -

No option to choose "Fixed Timing".

No option to "enter full screen mode when opened".  No option to:  Select  -

>                            Include the slideshow recording

Tomorrow I will start from the beginning by downloading the slideshow again and 
following your steps.

I will let you know how it all goes - I am sure it will be fine.
