For the past four or five day the Epson Printer Monitor has been launching at start up and after the computer has woken from sleep. I have not played with system preferences or such so am not sure why this is happening. Checking in Accounts and Login items the monitor is not there. Could it be there as an invisible file? I have done a couple of repair permissions and corresponding shut downs. The location of the original is: /Library-Printers-EPSON-InkjetPrinter-EPW-EPSON Printer Monitor.app
The printer is on my computer and shared with two other computers. Intel iMac OS X 10.5.8 Multifunction Epson Stylus Office TX 600 FW The problem is not fatal, but an irritation.
