Hi Chris,

If you mean Telstra 101 voice messages.
MessageBank Standard stores unplayed messages for seven days, and played 
messages for three days (if you choose to keep them). 

With MessageBank Premium unplayed messages are stored for fourteen days, and 
kept messages stored for seven days.

If you have to hang-up in the middle of listening to a message, or decide to 
skip to the next message half way through listening to the current one, 
MessageBank will store these messages as saved messages.
