And to ease Severin and Kaye's moral compass, it would seem to me that as long 
as Kaye has paid for ML from the App Store, which she has, then how she 
actually gets it onto her hard drive is of little legal consequence. She has 
paid for it. She can legally and morally and technically use Severin's drive to 
get the software surely. 

It could be argued that Apple has failed to provide a product she has 
purchased......
