Hi Wamugers, Most commentators see this as a comprehensive win for Apple in the US. It's good to see that a jury could wade through a mountain of testimony to come up with what I see to be an essentially just decision because the iPhone and iPad were shocking and new when Steve Jobs first presented them, but that now it is hard to distinguish the imitators from the real thing.
