Yes, we'll put. I agree with that entirely. On the other hand true innovation needs to be rewarded. The Microsoft of the nineties is a case in point. They came within a hair's breath of putting Apple out of business by underhanded means. Who knows what a smart phones would be like today if Microsoft had have succeeded.
