Dear WAMUGers I bought a Lacie USB portbale hard drive for school about a fortnight ago. Once or twice it seemed a little slow to mount or appear on my mac.
Today i plugged it in and it did not mount. I tried both of my USB ports, checked the cable etc etc. Dirk Utility could not se it either. I tried it on another mac - same thing. Later i gave it a little band on the desk and guess what - it mounted! Any suggestions?
