Thanks Ronni. Dropping the pin made a difference to the extent that the printing info went a step further indicating that the request was being sent to the printer. But still no joy.
It's not important, I was just experimenting so will keep trying. As a matter of interest the detailed instructions shown on screen for the particular route were way out of kilter and, despite showing two routes, would have been quite hopeless for anyone wanting to follow them.
