Hi Jennifer

Sorry to hear it's still doing the same. I've sent you an off list email as 
well.
But yes, as Ronni mentioned, try running it without anything externally plugged 
in (bar keyboard and mouse). Run that and see how goes.
But at a guess I'd probably think it may be hardware related as well.
Will follow it up with you and hopefully we can work through the issues to get 
it all sorted.
