As long as you are not experiencing ANY problems/issues on your current setup. And don't just rush in without doing all the pre-updating of your current applications, check your non generic applications, add-ons/plugins and printer etc are going to be compatible & work in Mavericks.
Then do the Backup & Preparation, this has all been posted on WAMUG before.
