Hi Walter, Can you see 'Diagnostic And Usage Information' in the left column after you have clicked 'Show Log List'?
If you can't see that heading in the left hand column, post back & I will send you a couple of screenshots 'offlist' how to 'Show' the 'Diagnostic And Usage Information'. Then you need to look at whatever log EyeTV support have asked you to. Have they asked you to email a particular log to their Support?
