Hi All Further to iTunes and Safari issue... form a fortnight ago. If I cannot: open iTunes Store from within iTunes, cannot open Commbank from Safari ( but can in Firefox and do banking), cannot open App Store, though Apple website is lightning fast now. can watch youtube so buffering large files isn't an issue. can internet at the appropriate speed and send and receive mail, could I have a Keychain issue? Spent over an hour this morning to Bigpond ( Philippines!) checking issues with modem - all sorted,
I have turned 'Growl' off (incase it was playing keepy-out games ),and reloaded OSX 10.9.2 Combo from saved .dmg installer. No Change/ improvement to Safari (7.02). Safari only has 1Password extension running. There are no restrictions on my internet account or slowing due to excessive use. So, I believe it is software related.
