Click to expand or contractAugust 2014 - Malware

Recently ANZ customers have been targeted with a new type of malicious
software or malware. Malware is a destructive program that poses as a
harmless application or has been maliciously installed without your
knowledge.

This malware seeks to generate a fraudulent transaction when you log into
internet banking and before your View Accounts page is displayed. This
action may also result in the exposure of your challenge questions and
answers.

If a fraudulent transaction has been processed by this malware, a message
is displayed, indicating "Internet Banking...is unavailable due to
scheduled maintenance....the site will be available again tomorrow"

If you do receive this message, please contact the ANZ Internet Banking
Help Desk on *13 33 50* immediately.
