Hi Paul, You seem to have everything set correctly. The only thing I can think of off the top of my (still on leave head) for you to try ;o) After you select the location for the Apps via the ‘Options’ when clicking on the App icon and select either ‘Display 1’ or 'Display 2’.
Go Under - 'Log Out' and then ‘Log In’ and see if that ‘holds’ your selections on a restart.
