Hi Stephen, I think you use an Airport Base Station Network? If so: Open Airport Utility Click on the Base Station - It will show a window with all details Network name, IP Address, LAN IP address, serial number, version, and Wireless Clients My Airport Network wireless clients shows: AppleTV, EPSON00F485.local, RondaBrownsiPad, Ronni MacBook Air, Ronni MacBook Pro, RonnisiPhone6Plus
If you are not using an Airport Base Station Network Try Fing app Fing - Network Scanner by Overlook Soft https://appsto.re/au/tw1Rz.i Cheers, Ronni Sent from Ronni's iPad4 > On 25 Jan 2015, at 10:27 am, Stephen Chape <[email protected]> wrote: > > Thanks Ronni & Brian, > Although printer has WiFi I have never initiated it. > It uses ethernet. > In any case it should only show up if it were switched on and that is not the > case. > > None of Brian’s suggestion live in my home. > However you now have me wondering about my Panasonic home phone. > Could it be on my network without me ever setting it up ? > Although I have no idea if it is WiFi capable. > It is about 4 years old so maybe not. > > > >> On 24 Jan 2015, at 11:12 pm, Ronda Brown <[email protected]> wrote: >> >> Hi Stephen, >> >> Do you have a Printer attached to your Telstra Router? >> If so the IP 10.0.0.137 is possibly assigned to the Printer. >> >> Log into the router & check. >> >> Cheers, >> Ronni >> >> Sent from Ronni's iPad4 >> >> >>> On 24 Jan 2015, at 10:15 pm, Brian Risbey <[email protected]> wrote: >>> >>> Hi Stephen >>> Do you have any networked tvs or video machines or a clever home phone? >>> What about an X-Box or PS4? >>> My home Panasonic phone can be answered on my iPhone and I can make calls >>> on the landline using the mobile, these devices should appear on your >>> network. >>> >>> Brian >>> Sent from my iPhone6 Plus >>> iOS 8.1.2😉 >>> >>> On 24 Jan 2015, at 21:47, Stephen Chape <[email protected]> wrote: >>> >>> Hi folks, >>> >>> Today I installed “Who’s On My WiFi”. >>> And I can identify everything on my Network except one. >>> >>> The IP Address is 10.0.0.137 >>> The MAC is A6:B1:E9:9C:06:DB >>> >>> Is there any way of tracking down what this might be please ? >>> >>> Regards, >>> Stephen Chape
