There is Overlook Fing for Desktop (Mac).... but I'm not going to include the 
download Link.
As I know you (& others on list) are not familiar with Terminal and therefore 
do not like using Terminal.
People can cause a lot of harm to their system if they make a mistake using 
Terminal.

The Fing for Desktop does not show up in the Applications folder. It isn't a 
regular application, it's a command-line tool-- it can only be run through the 
command-line interface in Terminal. 
You need to be extremely careful running the commands!
Fing does not have graphical user interfaces for Windows, OS X and Linux 
operating systems. 

You can download the mobile Fing iOS version on your iPhone / iPad from the 
Apple Store at the link below.
The Android and iOS versions do have a graphical user interface.  Each 
discovered device is displayed, with its IP address, MAC address and vendor 
name.
