Yes, lots of IF's,…lol. I have a few shares in them,..so yes good, but if 
service goes downhill, then it's bad. So I'll stay 50/50 for now,…lol.

And yes Stephen they're about number 2 or 3 largest now I think with all their 
little take overs they did over the years.
Bigpond I think have had to up their game to move from the "omg how bad is 
their service" to "ok, they're getting slightly better". I still have horror 
stories with them sometimes in my job, but yes, they're certainly a lot better 
then they used to be! (always room for improvement). ;o))
Glad you got better speeds though, that's always a good thing!!
