I have installed 10.11.1 on my Macbook Pro 13” 2010 10GB memory and now cannot
scan photos. Everything else is operating well.
I downloaded a new driver for my Canon MG 5460 all-in-one. I can print, I can
scan documents (text doc with pics that are saved as PDF)
But any size of picture up to A4 will not open in Preview ( “file damaged”) or
Photoshop: ("Could not complete your request because a SOFn, DQT, or DHT JPEG
marker is missing before a JPEG SOS marker.”)
I am using the default Auto Scan settings. But even if I try the photo
settings I get the same result.
Any help welcome.
