Your AppleTV is connected to the 5GHz mode of your Time Capsule Dual-Band Wi-Fi 
Network?

Did you try the last part of my previous message - rename the Apple TV?

I've just noticed you are using a Apple TV2
1. Go to Settings > under General > Apple TV Name - add a space at the end of 
the name - then Save the new name.
2. Restart AppleTV
Has the bracketed number gone?
