I don’t think I;m really hi-jacking this thread to mention a warning to those
intending to upgrade their portable devices to iOS11 (and if you already have
upgraded then this warning is too late for you):

If you rely on certain apps which happen to be 32 bit because they have not
been updated to 64 bit, YOU WILL LOSE THEM in iOS 11. If you want to find out
what those apps might be (and you’ll need to be running iOS 10.3.3 to do this),
go to Settings > General > About > Applications to see a list of apps you will
be losing. If anything in this list is of concern to you, you’ll either have to
wait for the developer to come out with an update for them, or find 64 bit
alternatives.

For those who don’t have 10.3.3: if any app you launch come up with a warning
that it may slow down your device and needs to be updated by the developer,
then you can safely bet that it is a 32 bit app, and it’s going to disappear
after an upgrade to iOS11. Developers have known about this for a considerable
time, and they’ve all had plenty of time to perform their updates.

For my own part, I have plenty of items i’m going to be sorry to lose, so I’m
not rushing into an update at the moment.
