Hi Gary. May not be helpful to Peter, but your recommendation has prompted me to order from the Book Depository. Not for me (as I am a grandparent), but for my step-daughter who has issues with teenage kids. I just hope she will read it and apply it. It may act as backup to my advice already dispensed (but largely ignored).
