Hi Peter,

I just use Image Capture (part of OSX) to import photos from my iPhone.

In my case I import to a folder called (imaginatively) iPhone imports but,
alternatively, I can easily select a mounted USB drive.

It also shows if any of the photos on the phone are already in the folder and
only imports new ones, without duplication.

Very quick and easy.

Subject: Transfer photo's

    Hi all
Can someone recommend an app or program which I can transfer photo’s direct
from my iPhone to a USB stick or external hard drive without going through
“Photos"?
    Kind regards
    Peter
