And my 6s shows 88% and does the same thing.
I still intend to visit the Apple Store with this issue.
Just have not made it there yet.

And my wife’s iPhone 5 shows 70 something.
And it does the same thing.

I have to check my battery charge level before bed each night.
If it is below 60% I leave it on Mute and charge in the morning.
If it is above 60% I can turn it off and it will usually turn on in the morning.

VERY ANNOYING !
